Orders placed before 12pm EST should be received within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Returns

When you shop with us online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to us.

Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Returns must be received in their original condition and any packaging must be unopened.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
